Discovering the Amazing World of Natural Medicine
“Study nature. Love nature. Stay close to nature. It will never fail you.”
~Frank Lloyd Wright
Hi! My Name is Francisco.
I was born in Timor Leste and migrated to Australia in 1982. Professionally, I have worked in different industries and due to health reasons, I started my naturopathic journey for the sake of my health and a career change in my profession. It has been an eye opener since the beginning, and I’m still learning the wonders of natural medicine. I completed my Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy with Australian Institute of Applied Sciences (AIAS). I enjoyed it so much that I continued to deepen my knowledge with Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT) by taking the Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). Now a different direction of my journey begins. As a Naturopath, I’m passionate to bring this naturopathic knowledge to the broad public to help them improve and enjoy a good quality life.
In March 2015 I was diagnosed with Waldenström’s macroglobulinaemia (WM), is a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Another name for WM is lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma. This condition used to be called Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia, so some people refer to it as Waldenstrom’s. The cancer cells in people with WM are similar to those of 2 other types of cancer: multiple myeloma and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Multiple myeloma is considered a cancer of plasma cells and non-Hodgkin lymphoma is a cancer of lymphocytes. WM cells have features of both plasma cells and lymphocytes and are called lymphoplasmacytoid
At the beginning after receiving the news of WM, panic and shock took over me. Now I feel that I have been blessed. I have the fortune enough to study naturopathy as I was prepared to fight and live for a long time.
I’m here to share my experience with others and help others to improve their life. As a naturopath, I can help you in the areas of chronic illness and cancer.
